Corporate Strategy

  • Supporting the team to define the company mid & long-term strategy
  • M&A: Supporting the team to assess all opportunities (Horizontal & Vertical) according to the global corporate strategy & in coordination with business needs
  • Define & implement new initiatives to boost RTL AdAlliance business

Innovation

  • Mid & Long-term innovation strategy TV, Print, Digital & Audio
  • Creation of an Innovation Lab to foster internal ideas
  • Exploring new opportunities (AI, Web3, NFT,…)

Business radar

  • Industry trend radar, be at the forefront of all media initiatives & share the most interesting with the company & the top management
  • Build & keep updated a competitor radar

 

Your profile

  • Master, preferably in economics, finance, media
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years in a consultancy company or in a strategy department, ideally in the media environment
  • Great project management skills & knowledge of methods
  • Great proficiency of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of digital eco system (Programmatic, Adserver, SSP, DSP…)
  • A strong analytic skill set as well as a strong interest for other cultures will be key to handle international strategic topics. International work experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Open-minded, inclusive, and reliable team player, ability to multitask

The Strategy & M&A team works on a wide range of projects covering topics such as marketing & sales strategy, organisational development, efficiency projects, M&A as well as profitable growth through all types of innovation.

By joining the Strategy team, you will be part of an international & dynamic team based in Paris & Hamburg, who are passionate about identifying what is coming next in the media industry.

Your main day-to-day contacts will be all over the world & most will have a senior position in their companies.
