The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced media sales environment. This position bridges sales, marketing, and finance, providing data-driven insights, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness
- Sales Process Optimization: Improve workflows, CRM management, and reporting to enhance efficiency.
- Revenue & Performance Analysis: Track key sales metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate client data, pricing structures, and campaign performance records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and ad operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support sales teams with projections, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting.
- Sales Enablement: Develop tools, templates, and training materials to enhance sales effectiveness.
Your profile
- 3+ years in sales operations, media sales, or ad tech environments.
- Initial exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data analytics tools would be an advantage.
- Experience in media buying, digital advertising, or programmatic sales is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command over the English language.
Your team
International Sales Operations
You will be part of an international team of 7/8 people spread across Europe and US. The team has both a local and a global function within the company, as we are responsible both for global tasks impacting the whole company but also be a support to the local sales teams for sales operations related tasks. The team meets every week (remotely) and periodically in person. Therefore, the role involves some amount of travel both for team meetings and for any projects where it is necessary to meet and discuss in person.
