Your tasks
- Deliver pre-studies, designs, technical work breakdowns, and implementation plans; manage build activities, support and maintenance, and ensure successful transition to service mode.
- Handle incident resolution and user requests, propose and implement service improvements, provide user training, and act as a liaison for effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
- Promote RTL Group IT strategy and solutions; contribute to the definition and update of IT policies, SLAs, KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Manage and secure cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Entra ID, RBAC, IAM, DLP policies, licensing, and resource efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and modernization strategies using Azure capabilities; monitor performance, detect issues proactively, and optimize cost and scalability.
- Analyze and understand (master) data exchanges to resolve complex integration challenges and support a strategic approach to system modernization.
- Ensure effective technical cooperation across departments and business units, and act as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external consultants.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions, governance updates, and project statuses to all relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance your own expertise and proactively provide training to peers, contributing to a culture of shared learning and growth.
- Travel regularly to London (up to one week/month) to engage with teams and stakeholders, and provide assistance beyond primary responsibilities when needed.
Your profile
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud and Power Platform, including Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with cloud optimization, capacity management, and performance tuning in large-scale Azure environments.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce governance policies within Microsoft platforms, with strong expertise in IAM, RBAC, and DLP best practices.
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and data protection regulations, e.g., GDPR, SOC 2 Type II (ISAE 3000), and ISO/IEC 27001.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in cost and resource optimization.
- Demonstrated expertise in security, governance, and capacity management within cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills to align IT teams and stakeholders on governance, integration, and digital transformation strategies.
- Experience delivering training sessions and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Microsoft cloud platforms such as Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are an asset.
- Knowledge of AWS and familiarity with integration challenges in video/film production, licensing, and distribution are considered a plus.

Digital Workplace Services (DWS) is an RTL Group central competence center for Cloud Workplace and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
DWS is delivering full services lifecycles to RTL Group and its Business Units: Strategic Studies, Governance Policies, Projects and Programs, Expert Support and Advisory Services.
Initiated in 2015, DWS is today in charge of the Group Central Microsoft environments (Office 365, Power Platform, Azure and the related Security Solutions) and Okta (IAM). DWS also contributes to convergence and harmonization of Digital Workplace IT solutions, identities and connectivity across RTL Group Business Units. DWS collaborates with the IS function and the BIM program in its areas of expertise. Finally, DWS is acting as a communication hub between BUs, external providers and Bertelsmann.
