Your tasks
- Ensure an effective and high quality support to the end-users' community, in respect of the department processes and procedures;
- Provide services, advisory, financial and IT expertise to end-users on S/4HANA and SAP ECC technology;
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the S/4HANA footprint / template, focusing on the continuous improvement of business processes through root cause analysis and the resolution of common issues;
- Comply with Information Technology General Controls in daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes & procedures and their related controls, including involvement in review by the auditors;
- Engage in projects and handle the recurring tasks that the teams are accountable for;
- Develop and upskill knowledge in the areas of finance, information technology and organization. Promote tasks automation wherever possible;
- Contribute to service delivery management : Service Level Agreement performance, profitability, customer relationship, third-party relationship, …
- Foster cross teams collaboration;
- Write detailed documentation and recipes to solve recurring issues, building sustainable knowledge for the support team.
Your profile
- At least 5 years experience in the setup of S/4HANA and ECC Finance in large companies;
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, including IFRS and GAAP;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a dynamic environment;
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes;
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit;
- Ability to challenge user requests, providing explanations and alternative solutions while maintaining positive user relationships.
