As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote IT support for incidents, service requests, and general queries. You will also deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, serve as a liaison between IT Operations, the Luxembourg IT Management, our internal customers, and conduct inventory and asset management of IT hardware.

Your Tasks

IT Support & Troubleshooting

•         Provide first and second-level IT support to end users (hardware, software, network, and general technical assistance)
•          Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various systems and platforms
•         Perform general preventive maintenance on computers and printers
•          Offer support across Windows 10/11 and basic Apple macOS environments

System & User Administration

•         Install and configure PCs running Windows 10 or 11
•          Manage user accounts, mailboxes and permissions in Active Directory and Entra ID
•          Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint management
•         Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Mobile Device Management (MDM)
•         Support basic network configuration tasks as needed

Asset & Process Management

•         Create and maintain up-to-date IT asset inventories
•         Document technical procedures and IT support processes clearly and accurately
•         Create scripts in PowerShell to automate routine tasks when necessary

Collaboration & Communication

•         Communicate effectively with users and team members in English (French and German are considered a strong asset)
•         Exhibit client-centric approach with users in day-to-day operations
•         Demonstrate proven analytical and problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

•         Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for ticketing and workflow tracking
•         Knowledge of macOS for occasional support

Your Profile

•         Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar technical role
•         Proficient in the tasks and technologies listed above, including:
  - Windows 10/11 setup and troubleshooting
  - Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic SharePoint management
  - Mobile Device Management via Microsoft Endpoint (Intune)
•         Basic understanding of IT security principles and networking concepts
•         Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
•         Excellent communication skills in English (German and French are considered strong assets)
•         A proactive and service-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt

Your Team

You will be based in Luxembourg and join a committed IT team currently consisting of 3 people. You will report directly to the Head of IT Support & Infrastructure. As part of the AdTech & MarTech department, you’ll play a key role in supporting ~350 internal users worldwide with expected growth, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

In this role, you’ll also collaborate with external suppliers and work closely with our Product and Project Managers to continuously enhance and improve IT services. While your primary location will be Luxembourg, occasional business travel may be required.
