Your tasks

Your tasks will be divided between the support of an HRBP and the support of the company's Comp&Ben Manager, who works across all our units.

 

Under the leadership of the Senior HR Business Partner based in Cologne, Germany, you will be responsible for supporting employees & managers in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. In this context you will be responsible for: 

  • Advising all employees on HR processes and policies as a "single point of contact"
  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner in all technical & administrative tasks 
  • Ensuring compliance of all HR activities, processes, policies and documents with applicable labour law regulations and company policies
  • Preparation and drafting of relevant HR documents such as employment contracts, agreements and contract amendments, reference letters, etc. 
  • General HR administration including maintaining/updating personnel files & HRIS in accordance with applicable legislation, creating and updating employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations
  • Keeping personnel data up to date and other employment data
  • Assisting with monthly payroll and interacting with external payroll service providers
  • Administration and updating of company benefits (benefits, pension, ...)
  • Support with personnel development measures including performance and talent management 
  • Implementation of HRIS user training: SAP Employee Service, Success Factors (PeopleNet, PeopelHub), ...
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports/queries as required as well as regular HR statistics and KPIs
  • Participation in HR projects and support in the administrative area of applicant management, personnel development and training
  • Support/participation in on- and off-boarding

 

Under the supervision of the Comp&Ben Manager based in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for:

  • Support for global headcount tracking
  • Supporting ad-hoc reports and analyses of payroll elements and employee numbers
  • Supporting all projects to analyse our compensation packages and implement changes in relation to all HRBPs
  • Support in the management of external salary component suppliers
  • Active participation in various projects related to Comp&Ben (e.g. implementation of new tools)

 

Your profile

  • Diploma in the field of Human Resources with initial professional experience as an HR generalist in an international environment
  • Empathetic, with a passion for people and teamwork
  • High tolerance and understanding of intercultural diversity 
  • Organisational talent: meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible, dynamic and with a positive "can do" mentality and respect for confidentiality at all levels
  • Good knowledge of German labour, tax and social security law 
  • Familiarity with Success Factors (SAP environment) desirable and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) required, and a very good knowledge of French
