Your tasks

  • Being part of the primary operations and support channel for several departments   
  • Booking, managing and optimizing multi market digital media campaigns across global clients within smartx 
  • Check if creatives and tags are up to spec in relation to the media partners tech specs and tracking guidelines  
  • Stay on top of delivery and performance for single and multi-market campaign strategies  
  • Booking, managing and optimizing programmatic, IO and Addressable TV campaigns  
  • Offering good service to our advertisers with continuous communication and updates, analysing delivery and ensure performance in relation to KPIs  
  • Understand media partner exceptions (such as naming convention, exclusions and exceptions within smartx + potential market specific requirements e.g. ARPP in France) 
  • Be in close contact with media partners, media planning, partner implementation and supply to understand changes in environments

 

Your profile

  • Good communication skills in English, written and verbally. Any additional language (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) is a big plus  
  • Time Management: In this fast paced environment it’s important to set priorities and focus on output 
  • Organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams 
  • Ability to engage in a dynamic team 
  • Works mostly autonomously, diligently and reliably  
  • You have first experience from the media landscape and understanding of campaign delivery and KPIs such as completion rate, CTR and budget delivery

 

Your team 

The smartx implementation Demand Operations department within RTL AdAlliance are working closely with the Media Planning team, the partner implementation Demand Operations team and the sales team, to set up, execute and manage smartx implemented campaigns across the RTL AdAlliance portfolio. In the smartx implementation demand operations department, we are focusing on implementing campaigns where we have direct access to the ad server and/or SSP. Obtaining excellent communication and coordination skills, we succeed in our execution when the transition between media planning and set up is seamless, the campaigns are set up in time, starting on set start date and deliver in full.  
  
In close collaboration with the agencies, demand ops managers with a focus on smartx integrations will be responsible for setting up Insertion Orders (IO) and programmatic deals within our technical platform. You will know about the specialities of our ad server and SSP to ensure the right setup of every single campaign. Therefor you have to develop a good understanding of our own tech solutions (features, targeting possibilities and measurement).
