Your tasks

  • Support the IT Audit Senior Director in shaping a team of strong audit professionals.
  • Deliver IT audits in line with the yearly audit portfolio by testing and evaluating internal IT internal control.
  • Ensure that audit projects are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed-upon time frames.
  • Develop audit programs to be used in current and future audits, which address essential risks.
  • Ensure that audit work is performed in accordance with the standards set by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Execute all audit work with objectivity and independence from the business area, executive management, and risk management.
  • Prepare compelling and impactful reports timely with suitable recommendations to the business.
  • Ensure that the management answers to the reports are adequately challenged, achievable as well as aligned with the priorities of the Group.
  • Establish a senior level relationship with management - develop influential relationships and provide meaningful challenge, insight, and support.
     

Your profile

  • Previous 6 - 7 years of IT audit experience in a diverse and fast-moving environment or in a complex multinational organization, preferably within media business industry.
  • Active professional certification holder of CISA (Certified Information System Auditor).
  • ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS), ISO 22301 (BCM), COBIT and ITIL working knowledge are required.
  • CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) are a plus.
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) or ISO/IEC 27001 (Lead) Auditor certifications are considered an asset.
  • Ability to travel 40 to max 50% of the time (mostly EMEA, exceptionally US and Asia/Australia)
  • Proactive, self-starter and team player mentality.
  • Self-motivated fast learner with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to take ownership of tasks/projects.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at different levels in an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including impactful and insightful report writing.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to speak German is a real plus, French language is helpful, other languages are a nice to have.
