Your Tasks

  • Optimize and Elevate: You'll continuously monitor and fine-tune our advertising propositions, driving performance to new heights. Spot an opportunity for improvement? You’re on it, making sure our campaigns are always hitting their mark.
  • Test and Teach: You’ll rigorously test new advertising solutions, ensuring they’re ready for prime time. Then, you’ll pass on your insights to the Sales team, empowering them to leverage these solutions with confidence.
  • Turn Problems into Progress: When challenges arise, you’re the one who digs deep, analyzes the issue, and translates it into clear, actionable tasks. Your documentation will be the roadmap that guides us through the toughest terrain.
  • Create and Innovate: Developing monitoring tools and workflows will be your playground. You’ll design systems that catch issues before they escalate, keeping our operations smooth and efficient.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: You’ll be the bridge between our Technology teams and Sales, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving towards our goals. Your ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that everyone understands will be crucial.
  • Document and Support: As changes roll out, you’ll keep meticulous records, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. And when technical questions pop up, you’ll be the expert with all the answers.
  • Work Agile: As part of an agile team, you’ll thrive in an environment where flexibility, continuous improvement, and collaboration are key. You’ll contribute to iterative development processes, ensuring our solutions remain adaptive and effective.

 

Your profile

  • Ad Tech Expert: With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you know the ins and outs of ad servers like Google Ad Manager, SSPs, ADX, and DSPs. You’re also well-versed in HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, and video ad technologies like VAST and Open Measurement.
  • Problem-Solver: Debugging web, app, CTV, and television advertising issues is second nature to you. You’re familiar with technical escalations, and you know how to break down complex problems into simple, solvable tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering effective solutions. You take pride in ensuring that every aspect is accounted for and optimized.
  • Television Advertising Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with the technical aspects of television advertising is a plus. Your understanding of how TV ads are delivered and managed will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
  • Industry Enthusiast: You’re passionate about the advertising industry and keen to engage with industry collaborations like IAB, SKO, and Screenforce.
  • Responsible and Reliable: You take ownership of your work, ensuring that systems are always optimized, and that you’re representing the interests of the team effectively.
  • Effective Communicator: You excel at maintaining a big-picture perspective while also being able to dive into the details. You’re someone who can communicate complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively.

We collaborate closely with Online Traffic, Yield, and Technology departments, ensuring that our advertising platforms meet the high standards expected by these prestigious brands. Our work is crucial in supporting their campaigns, helping them reach the right audiences effectively and efficiently.
