Your Profile

• Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient, and maintainable system integrations to support RTL's revenue streams.
• Take full end-to-end ownership for integrations and applications developed by your team.
• Collaborate closely with other developers as a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs in collaboration with Product Owners and Domain Architects.
• Lead and participate in solution design efforts, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Implement automated testing and monitoring for the integration services.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain source code quality and change control.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve capabilities, performance, and eliminate technical debt.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

Your Tasks: 

• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with a strong programming background, with at least 3 years of experience with MuleSoft.
• In-depth knowledge of various integration patterns – API led, Event drive and Pub Sub architectures.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions securely.
• Broad understanding of CI/CD tools and technologies. Ability to build and manage pipelines would be a plus.
• Experience building data visualizations using tools such as ELK, Grafana, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce is a big plus.
• Openness to exploring and learning new technologies with a keen eye for innovation and improvement.
