Your tasks

• You start as a Senior Financial Controller in Hamburg or Paris 
• With professional and personal qualifications, development to team leader is possible
• Act as a key figure in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization 
• Lead the month-end close process for specific units and maintain partnerships with shared service centers and external accountants
• You are responsible for the preparation and delivery of financial reports in compliance with legal requirements 
• Lead the audit process and act as a liaison between the business and external and internal auditors 
• Ensure that financial reports meet the highest standards of accuracy 
• Assist in the management of treasury functions and the maintenance of internal controls and policies 
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and development 

Your profile

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in financial controlling or a comparable field 
• Ideally, you have already worked for one of the Big 4 auditing firms 
• You have a strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles 
• You are experienced in working with SAP or similar ERP systems 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and international environment 
• You are ambitious, have a strong desire to grow and are ready to tackle challenges 
• Fluency in English and German is essential 
• Additional language skills (French or Italian) are a plus
