Your Tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for our streaming product, RTL+ in Hungary
- Act as the liaison between the stakeholders, other divisions and the external development team to ensure effective communication and understanding of business needs
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Elicit and document detailed functional requirements, use cases, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with the external development team to provide clear and concise specifications, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements
- Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions
- Collaborate with the external development team to define test plans, test cases and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the streaming product
- Analyze and evaluate system issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions in collaboration with the development team
- Collaborate with the customer care team to identify common customer pain points and recurring technical issues, proposing solutions and enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support tickets
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating system enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the streaming product, including user manuals, technical guides, and knowledge base articles, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for both internal teams and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights, ensuring that all product features, functionalities, and updates are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to streaming products and services (e.g. AI)
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience working on user facing digital products
- Deep knowledge of product development lifecycles, native mobile, desktop and preferably CTV application development
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with experience in managing outsourced development projects
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques (UML diagrams, BDD/Gherkin)
- Familiarity with streaming technologies, platforms, and industry standards
- Proficiency in documenting functional specifications, including use cases, process flows, and user stories
- Experience working in an agile development environment, utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving industry trends
- Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully navigating and problem-solving in difficult and unstructured environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient English knowledge (daily collaboration with international colleagues)
