Your tasks
You will be responsible for the sales activity of the assigned portfolio, both for developing existing clients as well as scouting and monetizing new business pipelines.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly, media agencies, at senior level (TV / Radio / Digital / Print…)
· Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and prospect new business towards achieving agreed business targets
· Analysis of clients’ media and communication strategies, consultancy
· Develop the business by winning new clients, cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio and by promoting new media opportunities to the market
· Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information to the management
· Influence strategic development based on industry knowledge
· Nurture strong business relationships with publishers and editors
· Develop and manage industry events, nationally and internationally
· Attendance at sales meetings in different countries
· Generating new creative sales ideas for our solutions Team
· Prepare regularly commercial strategy on the development of its own portfolio of clients, both existing and potential
Your profile
· + 5 years in Advertising Sales. Specialisation in TV/radio, print and digital will be a strong Advantage
· 1st experience preferably in a media agency or broadcast media
· Experience in selling and managing digital campaigns: display – performance contents – programmatic
· Experience with international media with an understanding of international media environment (TV, radio, digital, print) preferred
· Well structured, good presentation skills and team spirit
· Fluent in Dutch & English. Additional European languages is an asset
