Your tasks

  • You lead the evolution and maintenance of our website, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
  • You collaborate with the content, events, press relation teams in the communication department to support their projects with digital activations
  • You coordinate with web designers, developers, and hosting providers to implement necessary changes and updates
  • You curate and manage website content, including posting articles, and editing text and images
  • You monitor and report on website traffic, utilizing analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • You lead tagging and tracking initiatives on the website to optimize user engagement and conversion rates
  • You manage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on the website, including budgeting, planning, creative development, and reporting
  • You maintain regular communication and collaboration with external agencies to ensure the success of digital advertising campaign

 

Your profile

  • Proven experience in digital project management, website maintenance, and digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of web development, hosting, and digital advertising principles
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and reporting
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, including budgeting and creative development
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

 

Your team

Communications department is responsible for the external and internal representation of the RTL AdAlliance brand through various PR, events and communications activities. The digital project manager is part of a 5 person brand team. You will be based in our brand-new offices in Neuilly Sur Seine (close to Paris).

We are looking for an organized and committed digital project manager to manage our online brand presence through our website or advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all digital activations related to our communication strategy.
