Your tasks

• Working closely with the Sales Coordinators on revenue recognition 
• Commission invoice preparation for Print, TV, Radio and Digital campaigns
• Manage a portfolio of media partners working with your contacts there to make sure turnover and commission rates are correct and confirmed in a timely manner
• Manage the digital partner bookings making sure correct fees and commission rates are applied
• Participate in the administration and maintenance of the invoicing tool
• General Administration and ad hoc tasks

Your profile

• Bachelor in management, finance or accounting – or relevant longer experience in an administrative function
• Successful experience of at least 2 years in the field of invoicing 
• Perfect command of tools such as the Office pack
• You have a developed interpersonal sense and a taste for process improvement, which leads you to position yourself in a strong quality approach
• Organized, you show anticipation and your ability to take a step back from your missions allows you to prioritize your tasks effectively while working in a hurry
• Teamwork skills and good interpersonal skills: many exchanges with business partners, suppliers and other subsidiaries of the company abroad
• Fluent in English and German
• The international dimension of the company requires a good level of English: regular written and oral exchanges. All IT tools and databases are in English
