Job Description
- Endeavour the RTL Group world wide support organization for finance applications;
- With the team, identify tasks and processes candidates for automation;
- Design, development, documentation of process automation and promote solutions to production;
- Performance monitoring in daily operations, valuation of the efficiency gains for the department;
- Contribute to the automation strategy of the department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent (IT/Finance/Business);
- Familiar with the Microsoft Power Platform suite of applications (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps,...)
- Fluent in English (other languages would be considered an asset);
- Convinced new technology (such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation) is key for thefuture of organization;
- Excellent analytical and communications skills;
- Eager to learn, motivated and an enthusiastic team player.
Additional Information
Applications Global Support (AGS) provides worldwide first- and second-level support for RTL Group’s referenced business applications, including SAP Finance, Treasury, and reporting solutions. AGS acts as the central helpdesk and service coordination team, ensuring efficient incident resolution, user administration, and operational continuity. The team monitors application landscapes, manages access and compliance controls, and supports ITGC and ISAE3402 requirements. AGS also drives process improvements, automation, and knowledge management to enhance service quality and user experience. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and nearshore partners, AGS delivers reliable, cost-effective support services across multiple countries and business units. The team contributes to the successful operation and evolution of RTL Group’s strategic finance and business support platforms.
