Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Insights, you will be responsible for everything related to Ad Spending in the company:
- Updating the database every month, gathering and aligning data from 8 countries.
- Producing analysis for our sales teams.
- Designing Power BI & Excel reports and evolving them into Intelligent dashboards & analytics tool in collaboration with our IT teams.
- Working on new reports/dashboards to help our sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Integrating Gen AI into our existing processes to work more efficiently.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student, preferably in a Masters Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a comparable field of study.
- Strong proficiency in MSOffice applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent French (B2 minimum) and English (B2 minimum) language skills.
- Confident use of Power BI and initial experience with Power Automate. Some Coding knowledge would be highly appreciated.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers, data, and their interpretation.
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a high standard of quality.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with colleagues across different departments.
Your school timetable: We are expecting our apprentice to work at least 3 days a week.

Your team
You are part of the marketing team (currently 10 team members, including intern and working students). Most of the team members are based in Paris but come from different countries. We are a truly European group, and all meetings are in English.
The mission of the marketing team is to understand our clients' needs (CMO, Media Director, planners and traders...), to provide our sales with the right materials (narratives, insights, data) to engage with them and to make sure the materials are understood (sales enablement). To do so, we also collaborate with several departments (sales, communication, supply, product...).
