We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients. Relias’ Client Success Managers (CSM) are responsible for managing the relationships, strategy, usage and satisfaction of their assigned Relias’ clients. In this role, the CSM will drive client adoption and advocacy by providing recommended best practices and guidance on analytics, assessments and learning solutions. You will be working in tandem with a core team comprised of Sales, Clinical consultants, Product Management, Engineering and Executive Leadership, adding value throughout the client lifecycle.  The CSM serves as a trusted advisor for their client’s Relias solutions and service offerings.


As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for:


  • Serving as the primary strategic liaison for enterprise-level clients using Relias’ suite of analytics, assessments and/or learning solutions
  • Applying product and industry knowledge to ensure customers have the best solutions and services for their needs
  • Align with client leadership on strategic and quality initiatives, conducting business reviews and other strategic meetings
  • Collaborating as the voice of the customer with our IT team for needed enhancements and escalations
  • Conducting regular trainings and explaining technical concepts to customers
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction ratings and ensuring renewals




  • Work independently and communicate effectively with remote team members
  • Command a room full of executives and/or physicians
  • Lead difficult conversations by guiding or redirecting audience
  • Facilitate strategic discussions
  • Communicate clinical business cases
  • Discuss organizational alignment to client goals
  • Facilitate conversations with clinical, administrative, and executive audiences
  • Establish, assign, and execute key deliverables within established timelines
  • Communicate directly with physicians during in depth healthcare discussions 
  • Partner with Relias’ clinical consulting team to lead clients through clinical or financial improvements and change processes
  • 5-7 years of experience with healthcare analytics or Payer data
  • Background in Pharma, Consulting, and/or healthcare administration is a huge plus
  • Experience managing projects, account management, or enterprise level customer support
  • CRM and SaaS experience a plus
  • High sense of urgency, patience, and flexibility



This position will be based in St. Louis, Missouri (preferred) or Cary, North Carolina.
