**Position may be located in Cary, NC or St. Louis, MO 

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients. Relias’ Client Success Managers (CSM) are responsible for managing the relationships, strategy, usage and satisfaction of their assigned Relias’ clients. In this role, the CSM will drive client adoption and advocacy by providing recommended best practices and guidance on analytics, assessments and learning solutions. You will be working in tandem with a core team comprised of Sales, Clinical consultants, Product Management, Engineering and Executive Leadership, adding value throughout the client lifecycle.  The CSM serves as a trusted advisor for their client’s Relias solutions and service offerings.


As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders within client organizations; generating proper levels of adoption, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring renewals
  • Providing best practices, coaching and training to operational, clinical and learning managers to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of our solutions
  • Leading strategic program development to plan for clients’ success, including project plan development and communication internally & externally on progress
  • Retaining and identifying new revenue opportunities from existing clients
  • Analyzing data independently to discover insights and trends that drive recommendations for clients
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback for measuring, tracking and driving high service levels and product improvements
  • Planning and prioritizing work to meet deadlines and goals
  • Maintaining current industry knowledge of healthcare trends and issues
  • Visiting clients to strengthen relationships and drive value


You’ve got what it takes if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience within one or more of our core markets:
    • Acute Care (preferred)
    • Post-Acute Care
    • Health & Human Services
    • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • 3+ years in client management or account management, especially dealing with high profile clients
  • 3+ years’ experience with Analytics, Assessments, Learning or SaaS solutions as an end-user, vendor or consultant
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority or C-Suite levels
  • Comfortable presenting to clients (internal and external), both in-person and virtually
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with use of CRM tools, such as and Gainsight
  • Sense of urgency, balanced with patience and flexibility
