The Senior Product Marketing Manager (Recruiting Solutions) is responsible for the commercial success of assigned product(s) and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. They are responsible for telling our product story in a way that resonates with consumers and potential buyers. They are a collaborative cross-functional leader who is the glue that connects product strategy to tactics needed for the product to succeed in-market. They take initiative and are an influential marketer who builds consensus and promotes a shared vision for long-term go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.


  • Responsible for market and product expertise in assigned vertical(s) to include collection, documentation and sharing information about the market, competition and buyers:
    • Conducts buyer and market research in partnership with Relias Market Intelligence, such as user surveys, focus groups, and through direct interaction with the market and buyers (e.g. conferences and trade shows)
    • Applies learnings to product positioning, sales enablement collateral, buyer personas, and GTM strategies
  • Responsible for GTM success of new products or features assigned to include:
    • Leading cross-functional teams to strategize and execute GTM initiatives
    • Development and execution of differentiated product positioning, buyer and user personas, and messaging strategies
    • Partnering with product management and sales to assess appropriate level of GTM engagement
    • Developing appropriate GTM campaign plan with demand generation team
    • Ensuring all key components of pricing, marketing, sales enablement and customer support are planned and successful
  • Identify in-market needs for existing products or features to include:
    • Product messaging updates for other team deliverables (e.g., webpage, social, email, events, marketing content, client communication)
    • Audit and update or create enablement collateral, tools and training presentations and materials on product or market trends
  • Acts as a team coach and mentor for others with the ability to share expertise on one or more core product marketing functions (buyer personas, positioning, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • 7+ years of product marketing or other related experience
  • Prior work in recruiting solutions, preferably programmatic offerings
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to prioritize with outcome-focused mentality
  • Strong written and communication story-telling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
  • Coaching and mentoring skills 
  • Applies strategic thinking and data to decision-making 
  • Ability to present strategic plans and influence senior executives
  • Ability to travel 10-20% annually



  • Past work experience in healthcare or media / digital advertising
