The Project Coordinator, IT will be responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.  This role will work closely with the IT Solutions Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timelines for projects. The successful candidate will perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties, such as scheduling, risk management, and maintaining project documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


•    Coordinating project management activities, resources, and information
•    Liaising with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to help identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
•    Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise
•    Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
•    Using tools to report on project status and metrics
•    Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
•    Other duties as assigned.

•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
•    Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
•    Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
•    Familiarity with agile project management 
•    Experience in project management activities and lifecycle
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other project management software


•    Experience with Jira or other agile workflow communication tools
•    Experience with Miro
