The Market Intelligence Analyst is responsible for market and competitive research efforts related to a Relias market. This independent and collaborative work requires analyzing internal and external, quantitative and qualitative, and primary and secondary data sets to produce actionable insights and visualizations to inform product, marketing, and enablement deliverables and decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 
•    Market Understanding and Dynamics Tracking: Develop an in-depth understanding of core Relias solutions and market conditions by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, Client Care, and Sales teams. 
•    Market Landscape Monitoring: Monitor the market and competitive landscapes for assigned Relias markets by building and maintaining a network of internal and external intelligence sources. 
•    Data Analysis and Visualization: Converge, synthesize, and visualize data to distribute timely and actionable market, competitor, customer, and product insights through reports, presentations, and visualizations. 
•    Research Design and Execution: Consult and partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute market research projects. Responsible for day-to-day survey vendor management. 
•    Ad Hoc Intelligence and Research: Conduct and deliver ad hoc research requests as they arise, in partnership with leadership to determine priorities and urgencies.    

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    3+ years of market research or related experience (Includes internships or senior capstone project) 
•    2+ years of project management experience

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
•    Experience at a SaaS or healthcare organization 
•    Competitive Intelligence professional training or certification 
•    Experience utilizing PowerBI or other data visualization programs

•    Experience with survey tools Qualtrics, Decipher or SPSS

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
