WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
•    Working with automated tools to perform penetration testing on multiple Saas applications
•    Conducting penetration tests externally and internally on systems and applications
•    Working with automated tools to integrate information security and industry best practices into the Software development Lifecycle
•    Updating and maintaining information security practices in the software development lifecycle by providing guidance and training to internal

     developers
•    Consulting on the latest security patches and ensuring the proper defenses are present for each platform and applications
•    Performing vulnerability and penetration tests, identifying threats and developing strategies to mitigate those threats at the application layer
•    Configuring security analysis systems to interact and automate initial security tests during the software development lifecycle
•    Creating and maintaining processes and policies around security in the software development lifecycle
•    Configuring and supporting security tools
•    Training staff to understand and use security protocols 
•    Working closely with engineering and other personnel to ensure that security services and support are an integral part of the day to day

     development of applications and platforms and remain a key member in the successful deployment of our platforms and products
•    Coordinating platform and applications security needs and expansions aligned with business information security requirements to include HiTrust

     and SOC 2 Type II
•    Maintaining a high level of proficiency in using various systems and tools
•    Acting as triage for escalated technical issues that arise in the environment
•    Developing processes and standards around penetration testing and vulnerability management
•    Developing processes and regulations to ensure the company’s systems stay as safe as possible, in addition to developing security standards for all

     Saas solutions to adhere to. This involves researching the latest information technology trends and software to prevent issues
•    Installing and utilizing software, such as burp suite, virtual machines, web applications, IIS, Apache, etc.

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or equivalent and two years of web application penetration testing experience
•    Combination of industry recognized certifications and experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree (i.e. EC-Council Certified Incident Handler, Certified

     Incident Handler (GCIH), CERT-Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH), EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or equivalent)
•    Experience in Windows and Linux environments
•    Advanced knowledge of Digital Forensics & investigative response
•    Plan and execute allotted work within deadlines and maintain records of daily tasks
•    Threat detection knowledge and experience
