  • Identifying future Relians through full cycle recruiting including req strategy, talent sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates for entry-level and experienced sales positions.
  • Using a variety of techniques to identify candidates including using social media networks and employee referrals
  • Pre-screening all resumes received, conducting in-person and phone interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Managing an evolving candidate pipeline using our applicant tracking system while documenting actions
  • Initiating and reviewing background checks and drug screens through our third-party vendors
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Becoming familiar with/and eventually able to speak to all the steps of the Sales Process utilized at Relias



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in sales recruiting role in a technology company
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to function in a collaborative environment
  • Concise and motivating communication style
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to operate in a metrics driven, goal-oriented environment
  • Understanding sales KPIs to find high-performance candidates is a plus
  • Prior success recruiting in a high-volume corporate or agency environment a plus
