The B2C Wound Care Sales Representative sells our suite of online courses and training products to support our Wound Care Sales division.
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales within the company’s established leads.
  • Identifying and passing opportunities for additional larger purchases of products and service (B2B).
  • Responding to requests/Inquiries from customers for information and pricing via phone, email, and chat.
  • Engaging in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations.
  • Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Wound Care and regulations impacting Wound Care.
  • Following up on leads generated by Marketing.
  • Quickly developing trust and rapport that results in closing sales quickly and consistently.
  • Consistently achieving aggressive targets, including aggressive daily KPI metrics
  • 10-15% travel for company / industry conferences and team events
  • Enter sales data into Salesforce, CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • 2+ years of professional sales or service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Team player who enjoys talking/working with others and creating solutions to problems
  • Strong computer skills to perform essential position functions.
  • Experience using a CRM, or other similar data collection and analysis software
  • Fast Learner with the desire for career growth
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy with proven success in previous positions, including remote roles

 

 IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:

 

  • Sales experience in an environment that included a high volume of customer interaction, with ability to demonstrate success and tenure in a previous position.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities.  Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute).  You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
