WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • Working with existing Post-Acute Care clients to facilitate renewals, upsell, and increase overall client retention
  • Managing a territory to maximize the following attributes: price uplift, additional users, additional products, longer contract extensions, improved standardization of contract terms
  • Working closely with a range of internal departments and management to determine and negotiate pricing and terms for renewing & upselling clients
  • Working with the Contract Administrator and Finance to send out renewal quotes and negotiate renewal prices

 

 YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in a Saas business 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience interacting with customers
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Preferred experience with healthcare

 

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities.  Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute).  You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
