Senior Business Process Analyst - Finance

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Drive the SAP transformation plan alongside the Finance Directors to meet the diverse needs of our finance teams.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and direction, ensuring financial measures and reporting adhere to internal policies and IFRS.
  • Lead and implement process and business changes, using sophisticated analytical thought to design innovative solutions.
  • Manage key finance transformation projects from initiation to completion, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Create comprehensive process maps and training materials to support the finance team's adoption of new processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for process improvements.
  • Utilise SAP Signavio to model and visualise business processes, enhancing cross-functional communication.
  • Monitor process performance using KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct workshops to elicit and prioritise requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Support financial integration of new mergers and acquisitions.
  • Support the design, execution and assessment of business process tests and usability evaluation.
  • Manage the systems testing from a finance and wider business side from an end-to-end basis

 

What you’ll bring

 

Essential criteria:

 

  • Extensive experience in a finance role with advanced SAP skills.
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong business analysis expertise.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and 'what if' statements.
  • Consulting skills, including team facilitation and conflict management.
  • Ability to critically analyse complex data sets for informed decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing proactive process improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

 

Preferred criteria:

 

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana would be an advantage

Salary

 

£60,000 - £75,000 dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.

For this role we expect that you will work from our office in London, three days per week. There may also be occasional travel to our office in Frating, Essex, when required.
