If yes, our Audience Development team could be for you.

 

The Audience Development team builds direct relationships with readers, creating content for audiences that bring ideas and stories to life in compelling and contemporary ways, and we are looking for a Penguin Audiences Assistant to support the team.

 

Reporting into the Audience Development Director, you will:

 

  • Ensure the smooth running of the team
  • Manage the Director’s diary, scheduling and meeting arrangements
  • Support meetings by prepping reports, agendas and taking minutes
  • Create presentations and case studies
  • Be able to use brand guidelines and the Penguin Random House tone of voice in communications
  • Act as a point of contact and provide support for the department, including:
    • Social media support
    • Influencer outreach and mailings, event help and campaign support
    • Adding content to penguin.co.uk

 

We’re looking for someone who is super organized and an excellent time keeper. You’ll need to juggle competing priorities and work well in a busy and dynamic team. You’ll be results focused and take a logical approach to problems. You’ll need to be comfortable communicating and dealing with people at all levels.

 

Someone who keeps on top of the latest consumer and digital trends would suit this role well. You’ll be comfortable with PowerPoint and Keynote, and any basic CMS or photography skills would be a bonus. It’s important to us that you’re inquisitive about the next big thing, and you like to use your initiative.

Salary: £23,000
