  • Lead with an inquisitive and analytical mind, an entrepreneurial and creative disposition, and have a fundamental interest in the levers that drive consumers to search for and then purchase books online.
  • Be excited by analysing and interpreting sales figures and trends, to generate revenue for our books, which ultimately generates exposure for our authors and their titles.

Much of your success will come through being a great relationship-builder, an agile decision-maker and a proven team-worker. You’ll need excellent communication skills, as well as confidence in leading meetings and influencing stakeholders at several levels, both internally and externally.
