We are seeking an HR Information System (HRIS) Product Manager to join our Publishing and HR Systems Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Head of Publishing and HR Systems, you will leverage your extensive background in HR and Payroll systems to drive the development and enhancement of our HRIS system. This includes leveraging the potential of Cloud solutions, continuously enhancing our security measures, revitalising legacy applications, and enhancing our interactions with strategic partners and suppliers. Our Technology Division spans across two vibrant office locations in London and Colchester, where approximately 200 colleagues are dedicated to empowering our mission – we make books for everyone, because a book can change anyone.

  • Promote cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and pragmatic ownership of issues or challenges.

What you will bring:

  • A strong understanding of HR processes.

  • Extensive experience with HR systems such as Ceridian Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG.

  • Knowledge of key Payroll and Finance functions.
