Support the implementation and development of the new Penguin SMS Channel
-
Collaborate with the Channels, Personalisation, eCommerce and Content teams to deliver our personalised, segmented email program
-
Understand and own the data and reporting for Consumer Loyalty, and utilise this data to continuously improve email and SMS results and create awareness of value
-
Set up regular test and learn campaigns that push our understanding of reader behaviours and align with our Consumer Insight into Action agenda, driving deep understanding of individual consumer segments
-
Brief, write, repurpose, or adjust content from the content team as needed for Consumer Loyalty channels
-
Build and track the performance of reusable custom audiences across marketing channels
-
Implement consumer loyalty plans with a focus on email channels, supporting the growth of automated marketing over time
