Welcome to Bertelsmann Global Business Services - GBS

As a service unit in the Corporate division of the Bertelsmann Group, GBS is represented by more than 380 employees at four locations in Germany, the USA and the UK. GBS provides comprehensive commercial processes for around 400 customers in 30 countries from almost all divisions and solution groups.

The customer portfolio includes the book publishing group Penguin Random House, the music company BMG, the service provider Arvato, the direct marketing and printing services division Bertelsmann Marketing Services, the Bertelsmann Education Group, the international fund network Bertelsmann Investments and the Corporate Center.

The focus is on standardization, harmonization, specialization and technical automation. By using an integrated process and system platform, GBS is able to implement the different requirements of the individual business units in one ERP platform and to leverage efficiencies.
