BMG Canada doesn’t just function as the company’s regional outpost supporting both domestic and international repertoire, but also plays a crucial role in enhancing the label’s global operations. The Canadian team helps drive value and expand the reach of the company on a global scale. - Lead and manage relationships with third-party press, radio and digital/social team while liaising with US and global BMG teams on all assigned campaigns.
- Play a key role in developing strategic partnerships for BMG Canada and its artist roster.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artist management teams and key Canadian industry partners, including: DSPs, social platforms and key radio/media outlets.
- Contribute to BMG’s global marketing teams on a regular basis through team calls and project-specific meetings.
- Embrace opportunities for frequent business travel and engage in the artist signing process, contributing to the growth and success of the BMG Canada portfolio.
Must-Haves
- Extensive and recent experience in music marketing, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing campaigns for high-profile artists and their management teams, with a deep understanding of large fanbases. - Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively between large and small projects while successfully managing multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
