Your Mission at BMG

The Marketing Manager, Global Repertoire is responsible for comprehensive product marketing, internal communication and client relations on a roster of domestic artists who are considered to be global priorities. The person in this role will be responsible for working with the EVP of Latin America and our label partners in establishing BMG and our artists in those territories.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Development and evaluation of Marketing Plans including allocation of marketing budgets and assets across creative, marketing, sales and promotion
  • Point person for contact with artist/management concerning all needs in relation to asset deployment, marketing, sales, promotion and performance
  • Point person for communication with internal and external teams working the project including ADA international team
  • Point person for internal communication on projects with senior management and BMG international teams
  • Constant coordination and communication between departments and label partners in Latin America
  • Reporting on sales and market updates
  • Marketing and promotion of releases
  • Coordination of live opportunities with the releases
  • Deployment of assets and any overall strategic areas/vision that will enable growth in the territory
  • Responsible for receiving and overseeing budgets for each release
  • Ongoing reallocation of marketing spend based on current market drivers and conditions
  • Evaluation of project goals and longevity with finance team
  • Successfully communicate budget to repertoire sources
  • Constant analysis of sales, streaming and social data
  • Keeping up to date with market and business trends
  • Use of data to open new opportunities

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Must be able to speak Spanish to communicate better with our Latin American label partners
  • Supreme time management and sensitivity to tackling urgent matters across multiple time zones
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Continually evolving internal and external relationships
  • Leadership and team building skills
  • One to three years of international working experience in one of the following areas of creative industry: Recorded Music, Artist Management, Live Music Industry, Digital Marketing
  • Quick thinking, patience and constant communication
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
