IT Analyst
As an IT Analyst in our New York office, you'll be responsible for supporting end users across the US, ensuring they have all the tools they need to deliver excellence to our clients.
You'll be supporting over 400 users across multiple time zones in NY, Nashville, Los Angeles, Sao Paolo, and Sydney. You'll also oversee business application operations and support, working closely with the global technology team.
As part of the US IT team, you'll report to the US VP of IT (based in NY) and be responsible for handling or escalating all end user requests in a timely fashion. If you're passionate about IT and love helping people, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing.
- Coordinating training and orientation for new technology users, helping them become familiar with equipment and networks.
- Ensuring effective technology and efficient Internet access for all users, continually assessing needs and requirements.
- Assisting engineering team and providing friendly, empathetic, speedy, and effective IT support.
- Understanding business community communication requirements, workplace technologies, and ensuring solid rollout and sustainable user training.
- Maintaining and managing email distribution lists.
- Continuously maintaining meeting rooms and AV equipment, ensuring they are always ready for operation.
- Preparing and executing high-profile, multi-territory video conferences and town-halls.
- Managing lifecycle for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, as well as printers and scanners.
- Managing workplace software installations and updates.
- Providing hands-on support as needed.
- Collaborating closely with other IT support teams worldwide to provide 24/5 support across different time zones.

Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a small to medium-sized IT support team.
- A can-do attitude that's empathic, humble, friendly, and service-driven. You should be ready to tackle any issue our business users throw your way!
- Strong skills in Project Management and Windows Architecture.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365/2016, and both iOS and Android devices.
- Experience with Active Directory, MS SCCM, Okta, and JAMF are a big plus!
- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be communicating with colleagues and users of all levels of seniority.

Pay Range
$55,000 – 61,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
