Your Mission at BMG

Function as a liaison between artist management and internal departments in the execution of all marketing efforts for assigned artist roster. Develop, implement and recap master marketing plans for all single and album releases. 


Your Profile

  • You are comfortable working in a team and are a self-starter. 
  • Your time management skills allow you to meet tight deadlines easily in a high pressure environment. 
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion.
  • Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details
  • No task is too small and no challenge too great


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as primary liaison between the artist/management and the label for all day to day marketing
  • Develop, create and execute marketing plans on assigned projects, including single and album releasees, in partnership with all departments
  • Help create and implement strategies around an artist’s positioning in the marketplace, content creation, release timing, general creative direction, social footprint, etc. 
  • Set actionable items in conjunction with all departments and continuously update on the status
  • Develop resources for internal teams to review all meeting notes, updated key dates, content calendars and all general marketing updates
  • Coordinate artist schedules for special events, media/promotional visits, performances, video/photo shoots, etc.
  • Lead all project meetings, track timelines and send all recap materials  
  • Recap all album releases with proof of performance
  • Secure advertising where necessary and provide insight and creative direction alongside the creative director
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials for assigned artist roster




  • The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills.
  • Prior marketing and administrative experience in the music/entertainment field is required
