Your Mission at BMG

Your primary mission is to support the creative team to generate results and help them be more effective with their time.  Making sure there is a productive environment for writers/artists/producers to create in. Make a difference, add value to people and support your co-workers.


Your Profile

  • You have an interest in music publishing.
  • You have familiarity with a variety of music genres and digital audio file formats.
  • You are comfortable working in a team and are a self-starter. 
  • Your time management skills allow you to meet deadlines easily. 
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create zoom links and/or assign writer rooms for co-writes
  • Daily maintenance of writer rooms (i.e., cleaned, equipment in working order, etc.)
  • Liaise with songwriters, A&R, publishers, etc. in rescheduling of canceled co-writes
  • Create box links for various pitch meetings and/or pitches
  • Manage/Organize the Pitch information
  • Manage/Organize the Tip Sheet
  • Manage/Organize Holds/Cuts/releases log
  • Schedule office performance
  • Schedule Writer hangs and out of office shows
  • Oversee social media and One Sheets
    • Make sure relevant info gets posted to social media
    • Make sure One sheets are accurate and updated
    • Have new One Sheets added on new signings and current writers as needed
    • Research trends on all platforms while seeking out new talent
  • Handle expense reports for creative directors
  • Make best efforts to maintain a positive attitude and create a positive environment



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Understanding of Itunes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft / Adobe / Google Calendars.
  • Some experience in Music Publishing
