Your Mission at BMG

You would be responsible for comprehensive product marketing, internal and external communication and client relations on a roster of domestic and international artists in multiple genres, with a focus on rock. This person will be the eyes and ears over the artist releases, working with the entire team including marketing, sales, publicity, radio, etc...

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Development and Execution of Marketing Plans

  • Allocation of marketing budget across creative, marketing, sales and promotion
  • Creation of assets in coordination with creative team and management
  • Timeline and strategy development
  • Deployment of assets and overall strategic vision
  • Constant coordination and communication between departments
  • Outreach for new opportunities with partners

 

Day to Day Communication

  • Point person for contact with artist/management concerning all needs in relation to asset deployment, marketing, sales, promotion  and performance
  • Point person for communication with internal and external teams working the project
  • Point person for internal communication on projects with senior management

 

Budget Management

  • Responsible for overseeing budgets in excess of $5 million annually
  • Ongoing reallocation of marketing spend based on current market drivers and conditions
  • Evaluation of project goals and longevity with finance team

 

Analytics

  • Constant analysis of sales, streaming and social data
  • Keeping up to date with market and business trends
  • Use of data to open new opportunities
