Your Mission at BMG

To support the Global Writer Services team, you will prepare and administer A&R reporting as well as financial and industry data. As a hub for BMG’s global repertoire information, you will maintain GWS databases and assist in global data projects. In addition you will be required to assist in the planning of songwriter sessions, events and global collaborations such as songwriting soundlabs and workshops.


Your Profile

  • Prior experience with an administrative focus, preferably in creative industries
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills, International experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented and pro-active in a fast pace environment


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare market data and research
  • Prepare global charts (Mediabase/Billboard) research and data entry
  • Interact with Global Writer Services teams and support functions
  • Prepare presentations and reports for Global Writer Services Team
  • Event organization - support event planning & SoundLab organization.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, and information between BMG’s US and global offices
  • Assist with Ad-hoc projects and work



  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic understanding of music publishing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
