Marketing Manager

We are looking for an expereienced marketing manager to join our UK BMG Production Music team. Responsible for contributing to B2B marketing, the person in this role will work to strategically plan and execute our global marketing activites (including Sales Support, E Marketing, Advertising, Events & Promo Items and Campaigns). 

What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Contribute to strategic marketing planning and break down our long term goals into actionable plans across the year.
  • Track impact, and produce quality reports for management to assist with company decision making.
  • Coordinate and lead our marketing and creative content team’s activities, including planning and workflows.
  • Create and deliver insight driven marketing campaigns
  • Manage CRM marketing lists and email marketing. 
  • Create and manage effective paid advertising campaigns across our global channels.
  • Liaise with the product team on website UI and UX recommendations.
  • Creative copywriting and implementation for web content, social media content, e-mail campaigns, press releases, internal comms.
  • Coordinate and lead marketing meetings with clear and well-formed agendas and action items.


Your Profile.

  • A passion for all things marketing.
  • Previous management experience in a marketing environment,
  • Demonstrable understanding of global B2B marketing practice. 
  • Previous experience with project management.
  • Expert knowledge across all social media platforms, and expereience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Demonstrable understanding of marketing strategy: segmentation, targeting and positioning. 
  • Demonstrable experience of implementation: marketing programs, timing, and measurement
  • Able to self-manage and self-regulate.
  • Able to run project meetings and present ideas to key stakeholders.


It's also a plus if you have...

  • Proficiency with a DAW.
  • Are able to use Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or After Effects.
  • Ability to communcate in French or German
  • Experience / knowledge of the production music sector.
  • Experience working in or closely with a sales team.
  • JIRA or other project management software knwoledge.
