Manager – Production (UK)
Join BMG’s team as Manager – Production (UK) to oversee and coordinate communications with BMG UK's labels, ensuring the efficient and timely production and distribution of both physical and digital products.
This is a 6-month FTC covering sick leave (potential to be extended), starting as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities.
- Advising on product set up and managing set up with distribution partners as the Production contact for UK based music labels
- Preparing all elements of digital and physical releases for production
- Working with content creators to maintain an ‘on time’ and ‘right first time’ supply chain
- Managing change within the Supply Chain
- Maintenance of the UK BMG Release Schedule
- Supporting UK users on Supply Chain Systems - point of contact for user queries
- Documenting key distribution and supply chain information
Your Profile.
- Experience working with digital product creation, metadata and cover art
- Experience with online data standards and digital retailer data requirements
- Experience preparing physical products for release and working closely with manufacturers across both CD and Vinyl formats
- Understanding of online digital services and the way they operate.
- First class communication skills and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- A passion for music!
