Junior Manager, Repertoire & Campaign Management, Global Catalogue Recordings

 

As a Junior Repertoire & Campaign Manager, your primary mission will be to support the Global Catalogue Recordings team to prepare and implement insightful repertoire campaigns for a designated roster of artists and catalogues. You will play a key role in producing cutting-edge digital content and comprehensive physical product releases, ensuring that all creative, campaign, and commercial objectives align with the agreed artist strategy.

 

You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic core repertoire team, building relationships with key stakeholders, including artists and their managers. Your responsibilities will also include supporting team members with administrative tasks and managing the setup and delivery of digital and physical products. Key Responsibilities.

Repertoire, Product and Content Management:

  • Collaborate with Repertoire & Campaign Managers / Directors to support catalogue product and content initiatives, including digital and physical formats for allocated roster to agreed deadlines and within budget.

  • Implement digital consumption and optimisation initiatives, focusing on Creator Tools to drive fan engagement.

  • Compile artist, audio, photo and sales research.

  • Deliver product and content assets across all formats, including approved artwork and production masters.  

  • Liaise with internal and external teams, including design, content creation and mastering studios.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on digital and physical product delivery.

  • Work with the Streaming and Insights teams to ensure repertoire is effectively presented.

 

Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content Creation, Synch and local territory teams to facilitate delivery of worldwide campaigns.

  • Prepare campaign tools, coordinate the production of creative assets, generate pitch documents and sales sheets, adapted appropriately for different territories.

  • Liaise with external publicity, promotions, social media and digital agencies to implement campaigns and deliver approved content.

  • Implement plans that maximise emerging markets and direct-to-consumer opportunities, including D2C stores set ups.

 

General Administration:

  • Complete administrative tasks, including maintaining release schedules and associated delivery systems.

  • Fulfil A&R admin duties – creating, researching and updating metadata for all digital and physical releases.

  • Contribute to meetings with artists and artist management, taking minutes and securing approvals for product, content and marketing assets.

  • Generate purchase orders, ordering promotional materials and booking couriers.

  • Ensure all files (artwork, audio, sales sheets, photography etc.) are archived properly.

  • Ensure photo licences are in place for products and/or marketing initiatives.

 

 

Your Profile.

  • Previous record company product and marketing experience.

  • Interest in music and record industry developments.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Organisational skills and ability to handle high volume, conflicting priorities.

  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with ease and discretion.

  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality of high-profile projects and assets.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox/file sharing, and streaming platforms.

  • Basic Photoshop skills.

Pay Range:

£33,000 - 36,000 per annum

The above salary is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits as listed above.
