The Role

We are looking for a Digital Channel Co-ordinator to join our Frontline Marketing- New Recordings department. This is an exciting opportunity which will be working on campaigns for artists such as Kylie Minogue, The Prodigy, alt-J and many more...

Reporting to the Director of Digital marketing the roles purpose is to co-ordinate and manage digital channels, with a focus on social media, and to assist the digital marketing managers on day to day tasks including advertising and digital marketing admin.

 

You will be responsible for…

  • Implementation, up-keep and general maintenance of digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Spotify Artist pages etc
  • Content creation for items such as social banners, content formatting, video editing etc
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Managers and the senior director of Digital Management in day to day tasks including scheduling, team updates, presentation formatting as well as other ad hoc duties
  • Keeping up to date and aware of the cutting edge of social media and digital marketing in the music industry - contributing ideas to creative conversations for Artist campaigns

 

The 'Must haves’

  • Practical experience in a digital marketing role
  • Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Copy writing skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Google suites
  • Experience with Photoshop or other video editing software
  • Knowledge of ECRM (Mailchimp etc)
  • A Love for music!

 

The 'Nice to haves’

  • Experience working within the Music Industry
  • Digital advertising experience in Facebook Business and Google Ads
  • Technical understanding of many Adobe suite programes (Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects)
  • Experience or understanding of Facebook Business Manager
  • Educated to degree level with a specific English or Marketing qualification
