Assistant – Production & Supply Chain

London

 

Reporting into the senior manager of production & supply chain, we are looking for an assistant to provide general administrative assistance to the UK Production team and Global Demand & Capacity Planning Manager. If you are a pro-active, self starter looking for an administrative career in production & supply chain, we want to hear from you!

 

What You'll Be Doing.

  • Raising and supplying manufacturing POs.
  • Supporting the team with general administration duties.
  • Maintaining key documents, such as schedules and timelines.
  • Approval of products within our internal systems.
  • Responsible for documenting key distribution and supply chain information.
  • Following up on deadlines supplied to the Production departments.
  • Data gathering from suppliers.

 

Who You Are.

  • Experienced in producing and analysing data & reports.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel.
  • Someone with excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with others easily.
  • Able to work successfully within a team of people.
  • Self starter, with a proactive approach to taking on tasks.

  • Music lover, of course!

 

It’s a plus if you also have…

  • An understanding of how a supply chain works (physical and digital).

  • An understanding of the physical manufacturing process of audio products.
