Accounts Receivable Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our busy Finance Team here in our Paddington office on a 12 month maternity cover contract.

 

Your Mission at BMG.

As part of the Finance Transactions Team the successful candidate will demonstrate a knowledge and passion for Accounts Receivables. Proven experience in an end to end billing cycle, credit control, cash collection, sales order processing, aged debt reporting and SAP will be a pre-requisite.

 

Process driven, service orientated and adaptable, the AR Associate

will actively contribute to on-going project work and the further development of our SAP S4 Hana Sales and Distribution Module as we move to towards automated system solutions.

 

The role requires a high degree of interaction between key stakeholders across the business and therefore requires a confident and clear communicator

to nurture and build relationships
 

Your Responsibilities.

  • Monitoring Accounts Receivable inbox
  • Sales invoice generation 
  • Generation of Aged Debt reports and monthly AR KPI’s
  • Master Data creation via SSF portal
  • Generation of monthly dunning letters
  • Using Experian to determine customer credit risk
  • Inter-company invoicing
  • Month-end tasks including ensuring posting of all Sales Orders                                                                                                   
  • Accounts Receivable function for BMG Hong Kong

 

Your Profile.

Essential

  • Previous AR experience
  • Strong understanding of general accounting
  • Experience using SAP
  • Strong knowledge of excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills/ confident and collaborative
  • Can perform in a high pressured environment
     

It’s a plus if you are also partially qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification and/or if you have S4 Hana Sales and Distribution Module experience
