A&R Data Analyst (Manager)

 

Join BMG’s team as an A&R Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in working across social media platforms and technology, to secure artists to sign to new recordings.

 

Key Responsibilities.

 

  • Work across all social media platforms and using all technology to isolate and bring into the label artists to sign to New Recordings.
  • Work closely with investment and legal teams to pull together deals and liaise with artist managers to sign artists.
  • Work with SVP - New Recordings, to support artists and their recording needs.
  • Spend time cultivating relationships with publishers, lawyers and managers to stay aware of what other labels are signing and keeping SVP New Recordings aware of those projects.
  • Oversee all projects once signed to the label to make sure the artists campaigns are being managed internally.
  • Attend all relevant internal meetings that are relevant to the New Recordings team including A&R meetings/ Data meetings / Label meetings etc where needed.
  • Manage all label copy requirements for A&R Managers roster.
  • Manage all travel requirements for A&R Manager.

 

Your Profile.

 

  • Demonstrated experience in an A&R role
  • Experience isolating data – working across social media platforms and using tools to understand culture and music
  • A positive and pro-active candidate with a strong network in the music industry

Pay Range:

 

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

The above salary is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits as listed above.
