Working Student (f/m/d) Synch Admin

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) to join our headquarters in Berlin for 8 hours per week. In this role, you will support our International Synch team with various administrative and operational tasks while getting some hands-on experience in the daily operations of one of our creative departments! This position is initially planned to last until the end of 2024.


What you’ll be doing
Asset Management:

  • Organize and maintain creative assets, ensuring they are properly circulated and accessible
  • Assist in tracking asset usage


Workflow Maintenance:

  • Support the creation and optimization of workflows to enhance team efficiency
  • Monitor ongoing processes and suggest improvements where necessary


Newsletter Creation:

  • Assist in the design and distribution of team newsletters and reports
  • Gather and compile relevant content, ensuring accuracy and engagement


Updating Databases:

  • Regularly update and maintain team databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in data entry and data cleanup tasks as needed


What you bring

  • Previous experience in roles involving administrative and/or operational tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and taking initiative
  • Fluency in English


It’s also a plus if you have…

  • Ongoing studies or prior experience in the music industry
  • Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Fluency in German
