Working Student (f/m/d) People Development & Analytics

We are currently seeking a Working Student (f/m/d) People Development & Analytics to join our People team at our headquarters in Berlin for 20 hours per week. In this role, you will support training programs, analyze people data, and collaborate on projects that drive talent development and people analytics.
What you’ll be doing
- Support in the coordination and administration of training programs, workshops, and any learning-related sessions
- Maintain training records and track employee participation in learning activities in our central learning management system, in preparation for BMG’s first ESG reporting
- Assist in data preparation, maintenance, and analysis for our global people data in our central HRIS
- Collaborate with team members on special projects related to talent development and people analytics
- Support the development of training materials and resources for diverse People projects
- Prepare ad-hoc data requests from People team and leadership
What you bring
- Sharp analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute
- Resilience in handling spontaneity and urgent requests
- A keen interest in people development and generating new insights through data
- Familiarity with MS Excel and other data tools
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
It’s also a plus if you have…
- First experience with LMS (learning management system) or HR database
