Business Analyst (f/m/d) AI Automation

We’re looking for a Business Analyst (f/m/d) to support and accelerate automation adoption across key domains. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that the right automation strategies and AI-driven solutions are effectively implemented. With your deep industry and technical expertise, you’ll advise teams on best practices, guide AI integration, and help maximize business impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a thought leader in AI-driven automation, providing strategic guidance within key domains
- Champion an automation-first mindset, empowering teams to integrate AI solutions effectively
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design and implement AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Leverage deep industry expertise to analyze business processes and develop impactful automation strategies
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging AI trends to maintain compliance and innovation
What you bring
- 5+ years of domain expertise in AI, automation, or related industry sectors, with a strong focus on implementing AI-driven solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline)
- Deep understanding of AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and best practices, ensuring seamless integration into business processes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI automation solutions
- Proven experience in advising on AI implementation strategies, driving successful adoption across teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in the music, media, or digital publishing industry is a plus
