YOUR TASKS
 

  • Play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for operational queries
  • Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing questions related to SLA’s, transportation, and customs
  • Be the go-to person for managing and organizing systems, apps, and data
  • Make sure the team and customers can easily access reliable, clear, and professionally reported info
  • Actively engage in fulfilling tasks and assignments, delivering realistic performance or output according to the specified requirements
  • Ensure consistent quality by identifying issues and making adjustments within the permitted standards
  • Anticipate potential bottlenecks and recognize hidden defects

     

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor working and thinking level
  • You have excellent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written
  • Experience with SAP, SAP BO, and Power BI
  • Minimum of two to five years of relevant reporting experience in a dynamic environment
